Biography

Brandon Koltz has been a senior project manager, environmental engineer, associate and Vice President with consulting engineering firms since 1978. He brings experience in environmental management, environmental assessment, facilities planning, regulatory compliance, CSO control, wastewater treatment evaluation, solid waste analysis, surface water nutrient criteria, sustainability, remedial investigations and business development for projects in the public and private sectors. He has served numerous clients in responding to compliance issues, negotiating technical issues for consent decrees, and mitigating potential enforcement actions. He has provided program development and training for environmental compliance for public and private sector clients and assisted with professional conference organization.
